Case Study on ESG for SMEs Resilience
In recognition of its extensive social commitment, Juara Partners was selected as one of the SME business cases in a research study commissioned by UN Global Compact Network Malaysia & Brunei (UNGCMYB) in partnership with the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) in Malaysia. The study aimed to understand and explore ESG practices among SMEs and their impact on business resilience.
The research, conducted by the Centre of Business Excellence, Faculty of Business and Economics, UMConsult, Universiti Malaya, together with UNGCMYB, recognized Juara Partners for its commitment to ESG goals. Juara Partners’ inclusion as a business case showcases its dedication to ESG practices and their positive impact on business resilience.
The study team, consisting of Prof. Dr. VGR Chandran Govindaraju, Prof. Dr. Angathevar Baskaran, Dr. Sonia Kumari Selvarajan, Dr. Sarpaneswaran Subramaniam, and Dr. Azni Zarina Taha from Universiti Malaya, conducted evidence and science-based research to help institutions and organizations achieve their sustainability goals.
